This is simply one of those Cherokees you don't find anymore. You are looking at a 1996 Cherokee Country that is 100% original in the context of not being modified or altered. This Cherokee was sold directly to Davis AutoSports by its 65-year-old owner. Im the owner of Davis AutoSports and we were lucky enough to spend hours with him in person at his personal home in NC where we picked up the Jeep from. I could tell his passion and love for this Jeep and he went into great detail about his ownership which was simply incredible. This Jeep is literally like new for the miles and you will NEVER find another Cherokee like this considering the mileage. This Jeep looks, drives and appears as if it has 20-30k Miles, it truly is that nice.

This body of the Jeep is 100% original which is RARE to find. The original wheels look great as shown and the tires were installed 200 miles ago. The undercarriage looks amazing as its been garaged kept and not driven in the winter months, this Jeep has also been in NC its entire life and has no rust issues. As noted in the video the previous owner went through great effort to protect and oil the undercarriage to prevent rust ( Please see video for more ) The paint has a great shine and very smooth finish and looks amazing. The chrome bumpers have ZERO Rust or pitting. This Jeep literally looks like a 20-30k Jeep, it really is that nice !!!! .This Jeep was 100% Garaged Kept since Day 1 of ownership, The only issue the exterior had was the common lower trim that always fade which we removed from the jeep and had our professional in house body shop repaint (once again, please see video for more info). In the Video there are 2 small dings you may see but they are going to be removed with pointless dent removal. These Jeeps this age are also known to have very thin paint and clear coat but as you will see in the video even the roof and hood which are the most common areas for this don't have this issue. As shown in the video even the roof looks new.

The interior is a true thing of beauty!!! The seats look incredible for the miles as shown. These seat have ZERO rips, tears, cracks or even fading of color. The door panels are equally impressive and look new. The factory carpets looks brand new but is original. The interior was always smoke free and shows amazingly well. You will not find an XJ from this generation this clean and nice!!!! All the power Windows, locks, AC, etc all work perfectly, even all 8 power seat controls work perfect with no binding or broken gears!!! All the trim as shown in the video look amazing with no damage. You have to see this interior in person to really appreciate it.

The drivability of this Jeep is amazing. She drives down the road 100% with no "old Jeep" Characteristic. Cold starts are prefect, the engine sounds perfect, idles perfect and revs perfect with ZERO leaks from rear main seal, valve cover, or oil pan as they were all just replaced. The Oil Pressure is literally perfect at 45-50PSI at idle at operating temperature which is unheard of. The Brakes work great and show a ton of life and the tires were just installed 200 miles ago. AC is ice cold, heat is hot and all power components work exactly as they should.
