On 12/17/22 I spoke to the seller, Jeremy from from Infinite Auto Sales. We discussed the truck in what I thought was pretty good detail. After discussing the items below we agreed to a price and spoke in detailed about me flying down and he personally assured me the truck was in perfect mechanical condition and would drive to California with no issues. In full disclose these are the items he did mention in the phone call

  1. The Truck did have a portion of the hood painted

  2. Truck drove 100% perfect and he serviced it with open check book

  3. Listing Stated Cat 7 engine and I asked him which one as there are two. He mentioned in had the Cat C7 350 HP engine.

  4. I asked him about the transmission and his reply was it was perfect.

  5. He said the truck has a few small cosmetic blemishes which he quoted, “ My body shop could have done in a half a day”

At the end of the conversion I told him I would be flying in to pick up the truck and he said he would personally guarantee the truck. After the deal was done we were heading into the holiday season so I listed the truck on Central dispatch to be picked up. I listed it for $1500 with no luck, then $1900, then $2200. After a couple weeks I decided for my wife and I to fly down on a straight flight from Richmond to FL. Our plan was to pick up the truck Sunday morning and drove straight back to VA.

As soon as I arrived to the truck at Manheim, I immediately noticed a lot more cosmetic damage than the photos showed. I will admit he mentioned and showed the hood, rear back panel and thats it. There are 6 other panels that have severe body damage, the front windshield has a 12” crack, 2 of the doors literally have paint and clear coat peeling off and a lot, there are 2 major panels with zero paint on them. When the truck was clearly in an accident he bought panels and put them on without painting them which isn’t clear in pics. The paint in the roof is peeling off and much more. His OVE wording made it appear it has some slight wear but the truck was a compete different story in person. The hood itself has patches of fiberglass holding it together.

After the cosmetic inspection I started the truck up while still behind the auction gate. Right after starting the ABS light immediately came on and never came off. I put the truck into drive and the entire truck hit so hard while going in gear it literally jolted the truck. Having owned and sold over 15 of these trucks I know them very well and as soon as I felt that I knew something was wrong. I then pulled the truck out of the gate to test drive it. I allowed the truck to
