Removing Body From Frame
After the body was completely painted with all panels removed from chassis, we proceeded with removing the body from the frame to remove driveline, suspensions, fuel system, lines, axles, etc to began the frame restoration.

After removing everything from the frame, its off to powder coating.

Suspension, Brakes, Axles
Over the next number of weeks, we have installed the entire suspension system, steering system, brake system, axles, etc. The Videos also show the refinished axles we did for the customer.
Final Stages Before Driveline
We are wrapping up final suspension, steering axles now the frame has final axles and wheels/tires installed
Engine, Transmission, Etc
The LS3 6.2, 80 Series Transmission and many other components came in and we started to install.
Full Frame and Driveline Completed.
All systems are installed on frame and we are preparing to install body !!!!

We have well over 800 hours in this interior with a full Sound Skin Insulation, DAS custom Leather Seats with Tweed Inserts, custom door panels with leather and Tweed, all new carpet, custom Alcantara headliner and pillars, top of the line focal, and JL Audio Sound system with a ton of custom CNC speaker mounts, custom DAS sub enclosure, custom amp mount and more
Paint and Body
After a full disassemble paint job and reinstalling the panels, the crew completed a full wet sand, compound and buff to get the truck looking better than new!!!!
