This Jeep Cherokee is one of it not the nicest XJs we have had considering the mileage and that says a lot!!! Its was a local trade in here in RICHMOND VA the previous owner has owned it since 1998 and was a master tech. This Jeep is insanely clean inside and out and drives amazing. When we were called on the Jeep to perhaps purchase it, I was initially thinking due to miles it would make for a great Jeep to restore but when I saw and inspected it in person, I was totally shocked. The Jeep at first glanced appeared to be a 30-40k mile Jeep, it really was that nice. The more time I spent looking at the Jeep the more appreciation I had for it. The 45 min drive back to the shop was more impressive. The Jeep literally drives perfect, yes perfect, she cruises 80mph on the highway perfectly smooth with zero driveline issues, steering issues, braking issues etc. The AC blows ICE cold and it really was a pleasure to drive. Once we got it back to the shop and did our full mechanical inspection and put it on the lift, there was no way I was going to do a full restore as this Jeep has been perfectly maintained and can last another 10+ years if cared for properly. With that said, if you are looking for us to do a full restored or even partial, this is a great platform and Jeep to start with.

The current condition of the exterior is amazing for the year and mileage. The body and panels are very straight without damage. There is literally one small ding on the entire body. The paint looks amazing for the age and keep in mind, we didn't detail, paint correct or touch this jeep. This Jeep would look incredible if we were to spend time in doing so. The previous owner has had the flares, bumpers and trim freshly painted black for a great look. This Jeep really could look close to brand new with some DAS love which is clearly an option below. For someone looking for save money and time, its great the way it is too.

The undercarriage is just another impressive part of the Jeep. Please make sure to view the many pics below so you can see just how clean and rust free this XJ is. Locally Richmond owned and garaged kept has maintained this undercarriage to a newly new look.

Interior wise its shows amazingly well as shown in pics and video. The seats show very well with no rips or worn out bolsters or padding. The carpets are very clean with only minimal and small stains which will easily come out if we recondition the Jeep. The Previous owner did install a fixed moonroof as shown. This was 100% a non smoker, no burns, no odors, etc. The jeep comes with 2 sets of great condition floor mats. This is a very rare Sport with the upgraded infinity sound system.

The drivability is truly amazing. my 45 min drive on the highway was perfect and since then I have driven in locally twice and it drives like a newly serviced Jeep. The operating temp doesn’t budge 210 even on these extremely hot days and even at idle, the oil pressure perfect at 40+ even while driving gets up to 50 and of course will lower as it should at idle. The engine runs and operates smooth with no noises or smoke of any kind. Im know a well cared for Jeep when I see one and it doesn’t get better than this….I personally rather have a 200k mile Jeep that has had the same owner for 20+ years that loved and cared for it than a multiple owner 120k mile jeep that has all the typical Jeep issues. This Jeep has been serviced and all the normal issues had been worked out.
