DAS UNDERCARRIAGE TREATMENT

This XJ, like all of our meticulously refurbished XJs, underwent our comprehensive undercarriage service, which includes the thorough process of carefully dropping the axles from the Jeep. Following this, we perform a complete media blasting of the axle housings, undercarriage, floor pan, and other crucial components to achieve a finish that is, quite literally, like new. Once these items are expertly media blasted and attentively prepped, they are treated to a full undercarriage paint application. Importantly, this is a specially formulated thin paint, not a heavy, cumbersome undercoating spray. As you will clearly see in the accompanying picture and video, the undercarriage emanates a level of quality that looks even better than new! This extensive undercarriage process typically takes approximately seven days to complete by itself, underscoring our commitment to excellence and detail.
