As with all of our custom builds, we dropped the entire front and rear axle, exhaust, driveshafts, etc so we could media blast them along with the entire frame, floor pan, and undercarriage. This process eliminates all the road grim, surface rust ( which you can see the pics before we started was pretty much zero) and build up over the last 20 years. From there we apply a metal primer on all the parts, followed by a rust inhibitor and a final top coat for a show finish and protection to last !!!!. This process alone usually take about 2 full weeks before ANY of the new parts go on. As you will when we are done, it’s just not new suspension and parts but all the factory undercarriage parts and components looks brand new. Attention to Detail……THE DAS WAY!!!!!
